Thank you for visiting this page dedicated to holding Bank of America accountable for taking advantage of its customers.
As indicated in various public news outlets, it is this office's intention to challenge Bank of America's practices by contending that its interest rates are unconscionable, that their treatment of established cardholders is unreasonable, and by alleging other legal theories that might improve the plight of all BoA customers.
As a BoA cardholder myself with a loyal record of payment, and as an attorney, BoA needs to answer to the American public as to why it should be able to charge exorbitant interest rates to the people that make its existence possible -- why does it get an emergency bailout from the taxpayers and yet refuse to treat its customers with the same understanding?
To this end, I want to hear your story. Your horror stories and mistreatment will fuel a public demand that BoA change its ways and treat its customers better. I encourage you to email me your complete contact information and a short statement of how BoA has treated you. (bpavone@cox.net) After all, it is supposed to be the Bank of America - gouging your own loyal customers is pretty un-American. As my office delves into BoA's corporate culture, we will upload information on this website to help its customers with strategies and information to combat its system and practices.
Action is at hand. My office will publicly announce a strategy to take on Bank of America in the coming weeks. If you sent an email, you will be notified. Updates will be posted at this webpage.
On the Fox appearance, I was asked whether this was a David v. Goliath battle. At first glance, taking on BoA may appear that way. However, if we unite, it's no longer David v. Goliath. It's David's Army v. Goliath.
Very Truly Yours,
-
Benjamin Pavone, Esq.
